Adrian plays a dual role within UST. He is Client Partner for a number of key strategic clients where his remit is to cultivate a long-standing client relationship, proactively bringing thought leadership and innovative ideas to continually drive value for our clients. With a very strong technology background, and having worked on over 25 digital transformation projects, he also leads new business development in digital transformation across the UK and Europe.
Adrian is passionate about innovation and helping UST clients to transform into a true digital business; one that becomes a permanently adaptive organisation, which continually innovates, invents and adapts in response to change.
Throughout his career to date, Adrian has worked in a strategic advisory, delivery and account management capacity for over 70 clients and across retail and hospitality, manufacturing, financial services, energy, healthcare and the public sector.
Prior to joining UST in April 2021, Adrian led the digital transformation business for Hitachi Vantara in the UK. He also founded and led a startup business for two years, pioneering the development of a world first breakthrough prototype to visualise cloth movement and fit of 3D clothes on 3D photorealistic avatars, running in real-time within the browser on consumer devices, focused on next level consumer experience and reducing costs associated with clothing returns.
