Justin is Co-Founder and Co CEO of Saros Consulting, a global IT consulting and strategic project delivery firm supporting organisations across Ireland, the UK and South Africa in navigating digital transformation and large-scale change. His career has been built inside the engine room of large technology programmes, working alongside multinationals to take ambitious initiatives from intent to operational reality.
That perspective shapes how Justin leads Saros today. He has been the driving force behind the firm’s international growth, most recently opening its doors in South Africa and establishing a global delivery hub in Cape Town to extend how and where Saros can deliver for its clients.
Justin’s focus is on the discipline of delivery in complex environments, where strategy meets the realities of execution. He shapes how Saros engages with client leadership teams, bringing structure to large programmes and ensuring that ambition translates into measurable outcomes.
His priority is to continue building the firm as a trusted partner for senior technology leaders navigating complex decisions, significant investment and the pressure to deliver.
