Graeme Roche is Head of Digital Transformation at Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), where he is responsible for leading digital change and strengthening data‑driven decision‑making across Ireland’s national transport infrastructure and services. His role focuses on aligning digital innovation with organisational strategy to improve capital programme delivery, operational performance, and asset management.
He has leadership experience delivering complex technology and process optimisation portfolios within highly regulated environments. Prior to joining TII, he directed large‑scale global initiatives in the financial services and technology sectors, including transformation programmes for Citigroup and Microsoft. His background spans strategy, governance, compliance, and organisational change.
Graeme holds an MBA from Boston College and a Master’s in Economic Science from University College Dublin.
