Andy is an engineering leader with experience across billion-dollar unicorns, a Y Combinator-backed startup, and one of the UK’s most recognisable high street brands.
As Head of Engineering Practice at cinch, Andy led the engineering practices underpinning the company’s serverless transformation on AWS, work which was published as a case study on the AWS Startups Blog in 2022.
Earlier, at Footasylum as Head of Engineering, his work applying Wardley Mapping and Team Topologies was published as a case study with Team Topologies and became part of their Academy online learning platform curriculum.
He is currently VP of Engineering at Flipdish, leading an engineering organisation responsible for technology powering restaurants worldwide.
