Ronan Hughes

Ronan is a highly experienced technical professional with a consistent record of designing and delivering high-quality, complex core banking and payments systems in an ever-changing legislative environment. Before his current role, Ronan was Head of European Payments at RBS. He has company director and board-level experience on both national and international governing bodies and technical working groups across Europe including the UK board seat of the European Payment Council’s Scheme Management Board and currently serving on the European Advisory Group of the Global TBM Council. Ronan promotes an open and effective communication method to aid strong delivery, business and customer focus, continuous improvement and an adaptive approach to any situation.
