Michael McCarthy

Michael McCarthy is director of Cloud Infrastructure Ireland (CII) having previously served as CEO of the Irish Solar Energy Association [ISEA]. Michael holds extensive experience of environmental-related legislation within the Oireachtas through his service of 14 years as a TD and Senator including as Chair of the joint committee on Environment, Culture and the Gaeltacht, and the chairing of the public consultation on the pre-legislative stages of the Climate and Low Carbon Development Act 2015.
