Mel Douglas MCIPD – Director of Digital Transformation Office. Mel brings extensive experience in Business Change, Leadership and large scale healthcare transformation. Most recently, she served as Regional Business Change Lead, leading strategic change initiatives and supporting successful EHR implementation in Northern Ireland. Her expertise is key to HSE as they continue to modernise care delivery across the Health Service in Ireland. As Director of Digital Transformation Office, Mel drives the digital portfolio ensuring alignment between technology and healthcare to ensure successful delivery of digital solutions for our clinicians, patients and service users.
