Jennifer Ward is Head of Enterprise IT Services at PTSB, where she leads on infrastructure, cyber security, operational resilience, and digital transformation. With nearly 30 years’ experience in financial services and technology, Jennifer has held senior roles at PTSB, AIB, and PwC, driving major change and innovation programmes, including bank mergers and IT strategy transformations.
Jennifer currently serves as Chairperson of the Organisational Performance & Development Committee at the Housing Finance Agency plc, and has advised on AI adoption through their role on the Galvia Advisory Board. Their expertise spans enterprise architecture, GenAI, governance, and strategic IT leadership across both public and private sectors.
