Adrian has 22 years’ experience in leading complex projects in the public and private sector.
He spent 14 years with in one of the largest hospitals in the country at Tallaght University Hospital leading its infrastructure and operations teams through whole hospital technology lifecycles and implementations. In 2013 he took up the role of ICT manager with the Royal College of Physicians to lead its transformation agenda. This included transformation of its digital platform underpinned by the transition of its infrastructure to delivery as a service.
Since 2018, Adrian has led the architecting and delivery of the ICT infrastructure programme for CHI including the implementation of new CHI facilities at Blanchardstown & Tallaght, the consolidation of key ICT systems for 4600 staff in parallel with procuring and implementing infrastructure, cyber and operational services for the new children’s hospital.
