Louise Lahiff

Louise oversees the outcomes for all delivery and technology implementations for Version 1 customers, leading the delivery functions across the UK, Ireland, India and the USA. She joined Version 1 ten years ago and has held roles including Director of Strategy, People and Planning where she has played a pivotal role in facilitating the necessary structures and support systems for rapid expansion and scale on a global level. Louise was the first woman to join the board of Version 1’s Software entity in July 2022. Louise started her career as a software engineer and became an integration architect, working with a range of customers such as Sky, Unilever, the UK Department of Work and Pensions and Cable & Wireless.
